How are my items shipped? |

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during
transit. Arttohome.com purchased item ships with a variety
of carriers (TNT/UPS/Fedex etc) to provide the best service
and lowest cost for our customers. |

When should I expect to receive my shipment? |
|
Delivery time averages 15 to 17 days from the time of paid,
confirmed order. (Any variances will be confirmed to you by
separate email) We use the email address you
gave us when ordering to notify you of shipment. The email
will include a link to the carrier's website and includes
your unique tracking number so that you can track the
progress of your shipment online. |

What is your return policy? |
|
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason
you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a
return for exchange or for refund (less S&H), provided that
we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the item and the
item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of
shipment. See our

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All paintings will resemble as closely as possible the website images. This cannot, however, be guaranteed for products under a base price of $25.OO (size 20 X 24) as these may be commercial quality and are priced accordingly. All claims must be first made by email with a good quality jpeg image attached from the photo taken of the painting in question. Work commissioned from photographs will not be refundable or exchangeable after the agreement of the quality based on the image preview sent before final despatch. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund or replacement.

How do I return an item? |

To return an Arttohome.com purchased item,
please return the item(s) in the same packaging it was
shipped in to our returns address.
This will be notified to you by mail. Be sure to
include a copy of your order form or invoice with your
return.Returns are only accepted if there has been prior
agreement in writing by us. |
